FRP Molded Gratings
Our molded gratings are constructed in one-piece from continuous fiberglass rovings and a wide range of premium polyester and vinyl ester resins. Unique three step weaving process ensures that the distribution of the resin impregnated fibers are in a direction which are optimum to bear the load on the gratings.

Light Weight & High Strength
Density around 1.8g/cm3 which is about 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminium.
Designed to cater for higher loads by reorientation of Glass fiber in various directions.
Corrosion Resistance
It is resistant to corrosion and has an inherent ability to resist chemical degradation usually caused by industrial gasses and liquid.
Fire Retardance & Safety
Special Fire retardance properties based on IS, UL and ASTM standards can be provided to FRP Grating by selecting proper resin system and formulations.
Easy Installation & Long Term Cost Benefits
Bears much lesser load on supporting structure being light weight. Easier to transport and handle.
Compared to ordinary carbon steel, FRP grating has a low life cycle cost.
